1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website, booking services, or interacting with DELLY MEDIA, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.

2. Services

DELLY MEDIA provides creative services including music production, videography, photography, and related performance or event services.
All bookings and deliverables are subject to confirmation and may vary based on project scope.

3. Booking & Payment

• All payments must be made as stated in the invoice or booking confirmation.

• Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Cancellation or rescheduling requests should be made at least 48 hours in advance.

4. Intellectual Property

• All creative content (videos, music, photos, etc.) remains the property of DELLY MEDIA until final payment is received.

• Ownership and usage rights transfer only after full payment, as outlined in your agreement.

5. SMS & Messaging Communications

By booking or interacting with DELLY MEDIA via text or webform:

• You consent to receive messages related to updates, promotions, or bookings.

• SMS messages will be sent from (844) 984-2913 using the keyword WORLD.

• Message & data rates may apply.

• Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance.

6. Liability

• DELLY MEDIA is not liable for indirect damages, delays, or losses outside of agreed deliverables.

• All services are provided “as-is” within the scope of the project.

7. Modifications

DELLY MEDIA may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new “Effective Date.”
